The DARE
The Principal
Fiede Clausen is President of PFC AG, a Swiss real estate investment firm in Zug. For 25 years, across Spain, Germany and Switzerland, he has recognised value where others have not, and acted on it with precision.
Strategic acquisition, fundraising, repositioning and realisation are carried out by one hand, with teams of rare calibre, among them Robert A.M. Stern and Sebastian Treese.
Years in high-end marketing and branding in London, with projects in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands and Mexico, prove how each asset is considered and presented.
Healthy, delicious food, beautifully designed homes and inspiring surroundings is what mankind ultimately needs to expand our horizon.
